So this may be werid to some but I have a fantasy to watch my wife have sex with another guy. I find it a turn on to see my wife get off. I do not know how to bring this up and I am scared she leave me.

I do not want another girl. I just want to see her with other men. Is anyone els have been doing this? If so any advice? I may be the only guy out their wanting his wife to sleep with other guys.

pretty common I think - Just talk to her about it as a fantasy, not as something you want her to do. Maybe she will like it maybe not, but you never know until you put it out there. Also, google cuckolding.

Definitely agree with Maleficent. Let her know you have a fantasy like this, but don't pressure her into trying to make it a reality at first. This is a bit more involved than just wanting to go in her backdoor, or have her wear stockings to bed.
The one thing I like to stress about bringing in outside partners, whether that be for threesomes, wife-swapping or anything else, is the fact that it's often times better to leave those sorts of things to dirty talk during sex with your spouse, rather than trying them out for real. There are so many issues to consider with these arrangements, and while you might THINK you know how you'd feel if it really happened, you'd be surprised by how often it goes the other way.

I agree with Maleficent_Me, just open a conversation up about fantasies let her share some if she has some and share yours but don't start with, "hey how would you feel if I found another guy for you to have sex with?" That might be a bit much for the first conversation. Start with the hypothectical/fantasy aspect and see how she reacts to that.
And I don't think it's that wierd, I feel the same way. I don't know how I would feel about having it happen right in front of me in real life but the thought of seeing my husband with another woman does turn me on. For the same reason as you listed, I want to see him get off, I want to watch him from the outside and not be in the moment.

^ don't be so judgemental. There's a lot if things I'm not into, but I'm not gonna shame those who are by talking about how I don't get how they could like that.
OP, it's not that unusual. I think the main thing to stress when bringing it up with your partner is that there's no pressure/expectation that she go through with it. Just bring it up. Hopefully she's levelheaded and open enough to hear you out, even if she decides she doesn't want to ever fulfill that fantasy.

I usually lurk, but was wondering whether it might do the trick for you simply to watch her having sex (with you), by capturing it on video. Maybe you just really want to see all angles of her dtd? Honestly, I think (as a wife) that would be really hot! My dh wouldn't be OK with that, so its a no go for me and I am OK with that. What's the worst that happens? You share your fantasy, she says no and you move in to create fantasies together.

DH is into this. Once he brought it up, he told me flat out it was just a fantasy. I play along while were in the mood and tell "stories" of me with other men, but probably won't ever act on it. But the more its brought up, the more the idea grows on me.
