You would think these people wanna make money but they don’t. I was a walk in today. They offered me a piece of junk for $50 more per day than the enterprise at the airport. When I showed them the price discrepancy they said “oh yeah that’s their price not ours”. So I took an Uber to the other location, and still saved $50.Maybe should someone to teach them how to earn money… The mentality here is, this guy walked in, he stranded, let’s overcharge him. Didn’t work.

The slowest car rental Ive ever been to- took 45 minutes to get my car that had a reservation. On top of that they were at capacity inside the lobby and made me wait 20 minutes outside in 45 degree weather. You cannot control social distancing I understand but if you are making customers wait outside the least you could do is have an adequate staffing to ensure no one has to sit in the lobby for almost an hour

Horrible customer service. Had a reservation number and talked to someone on a RECORDED line about my reservation. They told me they had no vehicles and no reservation once I drove an hour to get there. Yet TWO people in front of me were able to get cars. I guess because they were paying cash & mine was due to an insurance claim. Also the two ladies at the front desk were rude and basically called me a liar when I clearly had a reservation number , confirmation email and everything.

Landed at 12:20 on Saturday afternoon my flight was delayed a little so I was 20 min late to pick up my truck mind u I come from New Mexico and had no vehicle. The manger told me there was nothing they could do for me but that I could come back on Monday at 11:30 and they will try and help me out…. Worst customer service ever do not recommend!!!! Shady liars that don’t maintain their cars before charging you more than they tell you it costs. Rental threw an “oil change immediately” light the day after we received it with less than half a tank of gas. After insurance stopped covering the rental, we asked to extend the rental period for another week and specifically asked if the rate would go up. We were told no, they would continue to honor the insurance rates. When returning the rental, we were charged 3x the original rate that we we’re promised.

Well where to start.. I had high expectations for Enterprise before this very disturbing and dangerous vehicle we were given. First I noticed the Tag was about 2 months out of date once we got home. Then upon closer inspection it appears the doors may have been removed at some point, as per the missing bolts on the vehicle. The tires were severely overinflated as in not in spec listed in the manual. The vehicle was also moderately out of alignment with an odometer reading at around 30,000 miles. For a person of 75 years old this was the most dangerous vehicle I have ever driven. I hope in the future Enterprise might consider doing maintenance checks or safety checks before renting to unsuspecting customers.

When I arrived at the 6320 Pensacola Blvd location, the vehicle type I reserved was not available. Sarah and Alyssa asked me more about my plans and need for a rental. They quickly offered me an alternative that they felt would better meet my needs. They were 100% right! The vehicle they provided was absolutely perfect for the trip and my family’s Christmas Vacation. Everything was seamless from beginning to end. If my experience is just a daily example of the customer service that Sarah and Alyssa provide, then I’m sure you already know how good they are.

I am pleased to share my experience.I am a longtime customer of Enterprise and am I have always received top shelf customer service. My last experience with them was no different. I picked up a rental only to realize a few days later that it was too big for me to safely drive. When I contacted them and explained my situation they were very understanding. However due to the shortage of vehicles, I understood that they may not have another Lincoln. To my surprise, a few hours later they called me to let me know that they had a Lincoln with my name on it.Good job Enterprise Car Rental👏🏽

I originally made a reservation for the Midsize car(Corolla or similar) but when I arrived they had offered me a free upgrade to an SUV(Rav 4 or similar) which was a nice surprise. It is also a 4 cylinder so I was fine with the gas. They were very courteous and made sure to inspect the whole vehicle with me before driving away with any issues that could be my fault later on. I then Returned the vehicle at another location without any issue as well.

My husband booked a car through priceline.com and he also called and told them that there was going to be two people and they said that they could except a debit card well when we went to this location and decided to add me on as a driver they asked for a major credit card and would not except my debit card which is through Bank of America which I have plenty of money on my card and they said they then needed a major credit card in order to add me on to drive the vehicle as well so my partner and I walked out and just decide to drive our own car up north to visit relatives and we’ll take our business elsewhere since they wanna lie to our faces! Two grown adults and they spit in our faces!!!! Such terrible customer service!!!

Just run. There’s no customer support. They don’t answer the phone and send all the calls to the national hotline. When you finally get in touch with someone on the national hotline, they inform you that they don’t work at the local location and that I need to call the local location. And on and on it goes. Also, you do not get the car you request. Part of the deal is they pick you up and drop you off at your location, but that has not happened. In fact I had to leave the car at the collision center where I picked up my vehicle because I am a retired single woman who does not have any other option. Hope they picked it up. I will never do business with these people again. Absolutely unacceptable

Completely Unprofessional. Nasty and Rude. Extremely Expensive. I rent a vehicle every month sometimes twice a month from the same location and the employees still do not know me. They never never never ever have my confirmed rental available. I am rudely told that there are no units available that I have to wait. Then 2-3 hours later they try to hand me off to some little compact car when my reservation is for a full-size SUV. They pay these games ALL the time. And Enterprise does NOTHING to stop this horrific unprofessional behavior. If you use a debit card they interrogate you like a criminal even though I’m a Gold member and rent there every month. Nobody there at the Pensacola Blvd location is worthy of a job, they are ALL Rude and Unprofessional and purposefully mispronounce your last name. The new assistant manager should be terminated immediately, she is the worst excuse of management any company should (n)ever have. When you call the so-called customer service number they too do nothing and only make the situation worse. My account is so messed up now since they Finally corrected my last name, all my past and future rentals are missing from my account. STAY AWAY FROM ENTERPRISE RENT-A-CAR.

Always easy, fast and the location on Pensacola Blvd is convenient. The staff is super helpful and friendly. Cars are always clean and ready to go when you get there. They also have after hours drop off so no issue if you get back in town a little later than anticipated.

Before this trip I had never had an issue with Enterprise. The service, vehicles, everything had been wonderful. This trip has me questioning whether the Pensacola branch on Pensacola Blvd even truly inspects each vehicle before sending them back out. The Tucson I rented had paint missing off the outside, stains on the seats, no washer fluid, wiper blades were in major need of replacement, there was a rear suspension rattle, half of the windshield was half way cleaned, looked like the dash had not been wiped for several months, the vehicle had not been washed, and there was a nasty odor in the vehicle. I understand that it is a busy facility. Of all the years Ive rented from this company this is the first time I had this type of experience.

Im a frequent traveler. I switched from another company to Enterprise because I was disappointed with the quality of cars from the other company. Im now a member of Enterprise Plus. This past week I rented a vehicle and paid over $100 a day. I got a vehicle that was several years old, pretty beat up and had bad brakes. During my rental, I got an email from Danielle.M.PrinceWIlliam who claimed to be a personal service representative and wanted to make sure that my experience was exceptional. Ive sent three email messages to her telling her I was not satisfied with my experience. She didnt respond. The other name on the email was Mark Hermecz Tri Brand Branch ManagerPensacola International Airport. Ive tried to reach him three times by phone and left a messages and he has not responded either. If youre looking for a quality experience and somebody who cares about service and doesnt just say they care, I suggest you look elsewhere.

I would have given a 5 but we did have to wait a good while to get our car, however, the staff were so friendly. The young lady at the front desk was so accommodating and helpful from the time I called on Thursday until we actually got the truck on Saturday. They were moving as fast as they could at a very difficult time right now. I have to get a car in 3 weeks and will be back.

I seriously regret renting from Enterprise. We made reservations a month in advance and yet they still didnt have our vehicle. We called another location who said they had an suv, we drive over there, and no they dont have it. They tell us to drive 45 minutes to Gulf Breeze to get one there, the only location with an suv. That is seriously ridiculous, a huge inconvenience and took a total of like 3 hours! We wont be using them again in the future.

I waited for over an hour for them to pick me up from the service center which is just over a mile away. When I got to the rental company Jason told me 15 minutes. After one hour they brought a compact car and said it was all thats available. They lied and told me the BMW needed an oil change and could not be rented. 30 minutes later a guy came and rented it. I have been extremely dissapointed by this company. With the proper management and employees they would be able to avoid these issues. They finally brought me a full size car which had a broken light and the alignment was so bad you had to hold the steering wheel sideways. I took it back five minutes later. Now I am waiting. Employees are rude and disrespectful. When asked to see the manager, the employee told me he is in there I can go find him.

This was the absolute worst experience renting a vehicle I have ever had. First, I was supposed to be picked up because I had no transportation, and no one ever called to get me for the reservation. Second, I called the booking number because no one answers the local office number and modified my reservation for another location right before they close. I was able to find a ride there but when I got there, the lady told me that they had no vehicles for me and that someone should have notified her of the change for her to hold vehicle. I was stranded with my 8 year old daughter until someone could take me to the airport. I will never use Enterprise again!!

This was probably the best experience I have had with Enterprise. My company has an account with Enterprise so we use you all over the US. A LOT!!! The two previous rentals before this last one was horrible and was considering talking with our CEO about it..but I didnt.. so when I had to rent last week I was not thrilled to use Enterprise. BUT...... Im not sure if it was the franchise owner or new management but EVERYTHING was great (Hwy29 Pensacola Blv). The customer service, the process time, the clean vehicle and same on return was just right. Thank you to the new staff and Manager that worked that day. Please keep doing what you did last week. Because the other times (one at that location and the one on 9th Ave) was horrible. Rude....waited over an hour after had booked a week in advance and both time the cars was filthy and because I already had to wait so long I couldnt wait any longer because I was on business. AGAIN- thank you HWY 29 location staff last week!! :-)

By far the worst service I have received. I had a reservation for 9am; I was waiting for over an hour for someone to assist me, and was then told they did not have the vehicle I reserved, only a downgrade that was too small, and a large van, which was entirely too big. They said I could wait and they may have more cars come in. What was the point of making a reservation? I waited on a rental car for two hours, which I never received, and subsequently missed my sons Championship wrestling tournament. I ended up driving my own vehicle and didnt make it on time. Huge disappointment.

I arrived after having made a reservation. My car was in the shop, so I just needed a vehicle for the day. Upon arrival I was greeted and the staff was friendly. There were 2 people in front of me. All business was handled outside due to covid. When I checked in I was informed they were going to assist the 2 in front of me so I took a seat. That is when thing went downhill. 45 minutes later an employee approached and said he was going to prepare my vehicle. 25 minutes after that he pulled up. We did a quick walk around and I left. When I got into the car I could tell someone smoked in the car. I made the reference to the employee and he stated it was documented so I would not be charged. If it was documented then why are they handing out that car? I drove most of the way home with the window down (mild inconvenience). The following morning an employee from the auto repair shop returned my vehicle and took the rental for return. I replaced the fuel I used and added a bit more to cover the return trip. Enterprise still charged me $4 per gallon for 2 additional gallons. When I called they were not able to tell me what the fuel guage was at when the vehicle arrived. This is not the worst enterprise ever, but it is close. I deducted 2 stars for poor communication at every step of the process and providing me with a smoked-in car.

Worst rental experience Ive ever had. First off I reserved a car for first thing in the morning, only to get a call at 7:30 am saying that nothing was available and to try another location. I then had to wait until 8:00 before anywhere would pick up the phone. Finally got through and reserved for 8:30. Only to be kept waiting until 10:30. I was presented with a damaged, and dirty car. Being forced to take it because I was now over 2 hours late. The car smelled strongly of cologne which I attributed to the sales guy. Only to find out it was to cover up the cigarette smell. In my rush to get on the road I accepted the steaming heap only to regret it the entire drive of 23 hours round trip. I smelled like an ashtray my entire trip because of the car. I will never recommend enterprise rental to anyone.

I reserved a full size truck online. When I arrived to pick up, I waited over an hour and then was told they dont have a full size pick-up (F150 or similar). I was given a Ford Equinox. Im a grown man and this vehicle is extremely uncomfortable. Not to mention, I cant carry may family in it because its too small. I was told they would call me back when a pick-up became available. Of course didnt receive a call. I wish I could attach a picture of the vehicle they gave me.

Staffing , staffing , staffing. Its always the same problems at this location. Never have the car you reserved . Always wait hours to get your car. I noticed same reviews. Its always we are sorry but nothing is ever done. Enterprise needs to look at the management at this site and figure out what the problem is. Had a car reservation, got to the facility to pick up the car and was told it would be a 25 minute wait, no cars ready. They would wash a car as they helped you. Nothing you reserved was what you drove away with. Finally my turn and was told they couldnt rent to me without a major credit card. Nowhere on my reservation did it say anything about it in the fine print...absolutely nothing. So after waiting 2 1/2 hours I went back to the airport and got a better deal with AVIS. Had 4 Uber drivers and Theobald all tell me this is the absolute worst rental car company in the state. Said everyone hates their no customer service. Not sure why they need a overpaid manager didnt do a dang thing in the 2 1/2 hours i wasted. Do yourself a favor and dont go there

I made a reservation online with my PayPal MasterCard which is a credit card get to Enterprise about 5:00 and the lady doesnt even run my card says that they dont accept that kind of card there without even trying. Renting a car from Enterprise was not a good experience today. I made reservations for my dad at 8:00 am at the location on North Q street only to drive there to find out the location was closed. After calling customer services I was informed that the reservations were transferred to a different location on Hwy 29. Once I arrived, we waited for approximately 30 mins. Next, we were given a car that smelled strongly like an illegal substance. I was so worried I began further to check the car. This is not right. I have rented vehicles on many occasions and have never been given one that apparently had not been cleaned properly. I would not recommend this location and I have contacted their corporate office to file a complaint. I would love to hear from them and/or Enterprise Management. Even though my father and I did not receive the valued service that you advertise, I would like to thank Eric for handling the situation professionally.

This location is the worst Enterprise EVER! You reserve a vehicle and they give you something else and smaller. Stop making promises to your customers as to the vehicle they are renting. This has happened 4 times now. Guess what - it wont happen to me anymore. It wont happen to my family and friends either. They have all been notified of your sorry way of doing business. Just a forewarning this review isnt about the rental service itself but more so on the caliber of their employees. Ill explain everything that happened.I went to Enterprise to pickup the rental vehicle to drive while my vehicle was being worked on. My wife took me in her car to this Enterprise location. After I had gone up to the reception desk, another Enterprise customer pulled in besides my wifes car. Upon opening their door, the wind blew the door out of control and hit my wifes passenger side door. The person didnt knock on the door nor did they say anything until they were asked to pull in the vehicle for the return inspection. When this happened, my wife was in the car breastfeeding our son and was not able to confront the person. Once my wife was able to text me, she informed me of what had happened. Heres where it gets good. I immediately grab a hold of the employee that inspected the persons vehicle after I realized they had just done the inspection and didnt bother to say anything. Now the manager gets involved and tells me that since it happened on private property I must now call the police in order to get the ladys insurance information. Mind you, the damage wasnt much. After speaking to the Highway Patrol Officer, he informs me that the lady had informed the employee inspecting her vehicle and didnt say anything nor furthered the issue as it should have been. The damage wasnt significant, however it was the fact that it wasnt brought up formally until I had made it an issue. So the employee knowingly disregarded the issue and swept it under the rug. This probably wasnt the first time nor will it be the last because apparently this employee lacked the integrity and common courtesy to mediate the issue. My wife and I are extremely disappointed in the employee and the way the situation was handled. We will not be using this service again due to the employees blatant lack of consideration and integrity.

I have never been more disappointed. You have a broken system that causes almost insurmountable inconveniences to your customers. If you do NOT have any cars to rent then when I go online you should tell me Not Available. That way I may have time to find a rental some place else. Not wait until I arrive to pick up the promised vehicle only to tell me you dont have any. Wouldnt be so bad if it only happened to me, but it also happened to my elderly mother trying to get a minivan for my handicapped father. No mini van for her. For me no utility vehicle. Had a reservation to about 2 days. My vehicle was being worked on and this was the closest company. When I got to enterprise there was about 25 people standing around outside. After about 10 minutes a employee finally checked me in and said its going to be a while. 2.5 hours later I finally was able to get a car. Worst car rental experience ive ever had. Rented a car from here using my credit card not a debit card. Not only did they hold the week rental amount which is expected. They also held a deposit that was almost the amount of the week rental. So almost double the amount of the rental was frozen on my card till I returned the car. Then it took 3 days to be credited back. Seems unreasonable to me.

My rental experience was horrible, my tire blew when i was 10 hours from home only to be given a compact dirty very uncomfortable car in Miami. When I asked could I wait on something else because I was on a full size car I was told no I can take it or leave it. We had to drive back home very uncomfortable and the seats was so hard I got hemorrhoids when we got back to Pensacola still had three more days on rental agreement so I went to change out the compact car because it was horrible I was then given a mino van and charged an additional $250 for it bringing my total to $537 not the 300 on rental agreement .The Customer service is horrible they talk to you like you are irrelevant and they do not honor the size vehicle or price on your contract. Worst birthday experience ever. Dont trust your vacation to enterprise it will be ruined.

While the initial rental of the vehicle went seamlessly AT the actual rental location of Pensacola Blvd., Car City Pensacola, my personal vehicle being repaired took longer than the expected timeframe. I called, and called, and called the Car City location all different times of the day and NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE FOR DAYS!!! I finally had to call the central toll free number, got in touch with them and they supposedly noted the account that I would need to keep the vehicle longer-----WRONG!!!......Car City location never was informed.THAT LOCATION HAS SERIOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE ISSUES THAT NEED TO BE ADDRESSED!!!.....I realize that we are in difficult times right now but how difficult is it to dedicate ONE PERSON to answer the phone?!?!?!?!?I can only give 2 stars for this reason. This location used to be great.....

No other way to express how poor my experience was than awful. I waited ONE AND A HALF HOURS for them to get to me on their list (even though I had a reservation and missed my flight because of this). After over an hour I remarked that it was unacceptable that we were all waiting this long with reservations, the manager snickered at me and made virtually no attempt to expedite the process.... for ANYONE. I overheard him and a young woman talking about my complaint and she remarked Im not dealing with him when it was my turn in line and proceeded to move on to the customer that was behind me in line. Ive traveled all over the world (very blessed and thankful) and I have never experienced such a poor job of customer service or lack of professionalism. Id be the first to admit if I was out of line....and Im just some person typing a complaint but Im telling you, Id have paid double, triple even to never experience this level of service again. This is the FIRST negative review I have ever written.

Completely wasted my time today. I have a rental car in Orange Beach, Alabama and drove here today after speaking with them on the phone because I was promised a swap, because my rental car needs an oil change. Instead of helping, they said there’s nothing they can do, and sent me to 2 other locations, and then eventually told me that I have to take the car myself to get an oil change. Complete waste of the day. I was promised a different car, and was given absolutely no help what so ever. Wasted about 4 hours of my day. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

I’ve never had to Rent a car before. This was my first experience and it was awesome. Clean car. Amazing service. Doug transported me when it came time to pick up my car from the shop. He was so kind and helpful. I had my 3 year old and car seat. He helped me carry and lug the car seat from the rental vehicle to my vehicle and it was so helpful. Thank you Enterprise!

Honestly it seems like everyone there hated their job. Was also told I was not allowed to stand by the car that I would have to wait at the front door or sit in my car while they looked it over when I turned it in because the girl would have to bend over but honestly she was on her phone the entire time talking to someone that was not a customer.

Upon returning the car, the man taking returns took the keys and said he would email me a receipt, so I left. NEVER again. Once I received my receipt they charged me a $100 cleaning fee saying the car smelled of smoke and that there were ashes in the car. First of all we are a family of non smokers. Secondly, the car was vacuumed the night before return and the morning of return so I know for a fact there was nothing in the car for them to charge me. They are just trying to make money off their customers. I am very displeased with this location. I called Tuesday and Josh answered the phone and promised me a call back and never did.

My car was totaled and the other parties insurance company issued me a rental from enterprise, I had never had a problem with renting from them until this last time. I spoke with the guy that set up my rental on 11/11/2020, I was told my car was totaled and that insurance would only cover the car til the 11/14/2020 I said ok I’ll need the car a few extra days to square things away. I was told that it was fine and the car would be my responsibility after the 14th but it would be at the same rate as the insurance company. I take the car back 11/19/2020 to find out they reported the car stolen and they “black listed” me. The guy at the check in said I needed to call enterprise and not the insurance company. Why would I do that when I spoke to the rep from the insurance company

If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would, I am a young successful businessman and repeatedly racially profiled at this location on hwy 29 in Pensacola, Fl. The two time I have frequented this location my reservation was booked by My dealership while my vehicle was being repaired. The first time, I was asked unusual questions like “Where do I work?” Which I or anyone I know has ever been asked by a rental car company. Very irrelevant question. I was then harassed about the type of debit card I was paying with to the point I was forced to call an Uber to take me to a different bank to make a deposit into an account I never use “But was acceptable to Enterprise”. Later that day after I rented the vehicle I received a follow up call and I expressed my displeasure with their service. I returned the rental a few days later upon the completion of my vehicle repairs without incident. A month later, I return under a reservation from my dealership and was told I was not allowed to rent any vehicles from them, because I had a dui years ago. When I asked them then why was I allowed to rent from them only a month earlier the manager I spoke with stated it’s a company policy and I shouldn’t have been able to rent from them previously. I however believe it has something to do with me voicing my displeasure with their service previously because I noticed the associate ran inside once he pulled up my profile. FYI: my license and valid with no restrictions.

I love enterprise but this last experience makes me question rather or not I will rent from them again! I called way ahead of time (a month in advance) to reserve a car for our vacation the weekend of Memorial day. NOT ONLY DID they mess my reservation up but I ended up having to transfer my rental to Pensacola (Hwy 29) from Foley, Al. Only to get there and be charged TOTALLY different price than what I was original quoted. When asked why was I charged more the customer service rep could not tell me & was not even trying to find out! She (customer service rep) did not even acknowledge the fact I told her I had a coupon for a free upgrade, she acted as if I was bothering her. Thankfully the nice guy who retrieved my rental was kind enough to look at the email and give us an upgrade.The whole experience from start to finish was crazy and hectic! I was not pleased with the service I received from both locations (Foley, Al or Pensacola Hwy 29) or the call center.P.S The car was a dream (Kia Soul)**UPDATE**So rented a car again for Easter weekend online. Enterprise call to confirm reservation but fail to tell me the car I wanted was unavailable until the day we went to pick it up. It NEVER FAILS at this location. Anytime I reserve a car online I NEVER get it! But I will say the Customer service rep was awesome!!

Two and a half hours to rent a car we already had reserved. they should mention the cost of the additional insurance when you are setting up the rental. maybe dont give everyone an eight oclock appointment if you dont have the staff to handle it. The rental process is way to slow. When I use any of the other nation-wide rental agencies, I can usually get my car in a few minutes. The paperwork is prepared ahead of time and the car is ready. My wait the last time I rented was over an hour. And when I turned the car in, I was charged for an extra two hours even though the car was there less than an hour after my return time. I dont remember ever being charged extra by any other rental companies if a weekly rental was turned in a few minutes late.

Great folks, but my car had been smoked in, which made everything I was wearing (including my COVID mask) smell bad. They have a no-smoking policy, but need to enforce it. Short of that would be the purchase of ozone (O3) generators, which are not that expensive and are quite effective in eliminating the odor.

I had a reservation at 2:00, I called to see if someone could pick me up, he pushed my reservation up to 4:00( I had something to do). The driver was really nice and drove very safe. When I got to Enterprise they didnt have any cars so I had to wait another hour to hour in a half. People we upset, I understand their pain because I had a reservation too, I just choice not to act out that doesnt help. The staff at Enterprise was really nice, I shouldnt have to wait 3 hours for a car I reserved for 2:00p.m.

They were very courteous and. The rental prices was quick and easy. I asked for the smallest cheapest think they had and I was excited to soloist brand new black Infinity cross-over!I am only giving them the three stars though because their prices were outrageous. I asked for the cheapest vehicle they had and I paid right at $420 per week. (Hertz was even worse when I rented a Toyota Quarusa few months in January. I asked for the cheapest thing they had and was told their base price would be $221 per weekThen they added adjustments andfees and taxes and I got their insurance since I didnt have collision then. When all was said and done I was presented with a bill for $551 per week!!!!) I didnt realize that the actual cost of he paying per week; I thought it included the $200 deposit they put on my credit card immediately before anything else. When I needed it for another week and called to renew the agent asked me to agree to the charge on my credit card for $551. I was in shock and just mumbled yeah or singing mine that. I just thought never again)Anyway Enterprise did send someone to take me home when I turned the car in. And they were much friendlier than Hertz. With Hertz it was slam bam thank you maam. They Enterprise people were just nice. And they gave me a practically new beautiful black Infinity to drive! For the base price.

By far, the Pensacola Blvd location is the absolute best I have ever worked with!! I rent from this location frequently and I am always in & out. Recently, I left my car and house keys in the rental and they drove them to my house (locally) to bring me my keys so I would not have to UBER there and back. This helped me out more than they could ever imagine. I am so grateful. Highly recommend this location. 😊

A few weeks ago was my first time EVER getting a rental car and I was VERY pleased. I reserved online which was very easy and If I had to cancel I wouldnt be charged. I was not asked for money down or even my card number which for me is a plus because there are scammers everywhere. I will use the Enterprise Rent a Car on Hwy 29 every time. Everyone was professional and it didnt take long at all. When I dropped the rental off I waited maybe 15 minutes but that is expected when you come in at a busy time. I wait longer at a doctors office. Very pleased!!

The staff are nice, but they are severely understaffed at this location. Be prepared to wait an hour minimum. They never answer the phone there, even if corporate is trying to contact them (had to contact corporate to get help and they tried to call this location 6 times while on the phone with my gf). Ive used enterprise several times, usually with no issues. But this last time was a complete mess. I was listed in the system as having a totally different car than the one I rented due to me and another customer having the same last name!! So the wait time was longer than expected on return of the vehicle even after being told the issue had been fixed over the phone. Car was great, service is usually much better. Check in was great! Went smooth. However the car engine light came on thirty or so miles on my trip. Keep in mind this is a 2016 Chevy Malibu. Less than 30,000 miles. I was told it was just letting them know it was due for an oil change. Please! Check out was leave the keys in the box and the car on the lot, were closed till 12pm. Sunday. The real bad part comes next... I had the car for a day and a half and expected to pay for two days. NOPE: Two days later I see my bank was charged for three days not two. 1st Call: It was a simple mistake Ill fix it. Wait a day... Nope: Now my deposit was short and I was charged... Yep you guessed it, still three days. 2nd Call: Another story of a simple accounting boo boo. It will be fixed tomorrow. Not so fast. One week later we are on call #3 and still trying to get everything straightened out. Finally seven days later is all good. Oh one more thing... A special shout out to the Enterprise Rental on N. Navy Blvd. Pensacola, FL. Thanks for calling me one hour before pickup of my car that you did not have any cars in stock and therefore cancelling my reservation. I guess no-one saw that one coming. Im not sure about ever using these folks anymore. Cant recommend them.

Horrible service. From the beginning the guy said the car had 3 quarters of a tank and it didn’t. The car smelled like a mixture of cigarettes and weed leaving my clothes smelling like that all week. I booked the reservation online and signed up for Enterprise plus. The website was easy to use and loved that a lot of the at counter stuff could be done online. I went through the renter requirements and terms which told me everything that was needed and about the security deposit so, no surprises when we got there.We went in to pick up the car and Eber Ruiz was the gentleman to help us. My husband and I always appreciate friendly, competent and quick service and Eber provided all of that for us, loved having him assist us. We ended up with a Nissan Pathfinder that was bought in June of this year so about as close to brand new as you can get so, of course, it was a wonderful vehicle to have for traveling and enjoying time and activities with our family for Christmas. Upon returning the vehicle, I did not get the name of the gentleman assisting us but he was also very friendly and efficient. The entire process was extremely smooth and pleasant. We will definitely make this our go to Enterprise when we do our weekend get-aways and any other travel or rental needs.A Big Thank you to you all and Eber Ruiz, you are Awesome.

Be prepared to Wait for Atleast for 1-1:30 hrs. this is 3 rd time since November. Some of the staff members are good a couple of them are rude. If it is getting delayed at least they should give a heads up to customers regarding wait times. 1st time I have waited for 3 hours in November 2020 2nd time was around 50 mins 3rd time is 1:25 mins. I would say they need more planning.

I will NEVER have family or friends Rent through them again! We use their rental cars at least twice to 3 times a month and the General Manager was VERY unprofessional, she talked down to me as I was having her explain as to why I wasnt getting my deposit back she stated we signed saying we wanted insurance and the protection plan and was just very rude about it all and kept making excuses as to why I couldnt talk to the manager, I spoke to a previous employer who was very nice and understanding that assured me that the manager would understand, and that employer actually refunded me back $53, but told me I would need to speak to a manager in regards to the $200 deposit. I was told to call back on Saturday a manager wasnt there when I called then I was told to call back on Monday, Im extremely disappointed with the experience Ive had this time. I have told so many family and friends how great they run things here, but after this experience I will NEVER recommend them again and let everyone I know how we were treated. Not to mention the car was returned back in great condition, the gas was returned on full, and the floors were vacuumed. Its unfortunate that they will not only be loosing my services but my family and friends as well.

The staff is friendly and accomodating. However, my experience (2 for 2) has bee stinky cars, both times I rented here.I know it says non-smoking car, and thats what I expect. In my opinion, there should be some repercussions for the sorry excuse of human beings that exercise this disgusting habit to the detriment of others.I got a Ford F150 the first time and it smelled like an ashtray. I only had it one day/night, so I just lived with it. A couple months later, I rented a Ford Escape. I was in a rush, the car was running, A/C on max, and didnt notice the oder until I went to get in after work to go home. It not only smelled like an ashtray, but a dope-smokers ashtray. I did call and complain, and was invited to come back in and switch it out. Thank you for that, Enterprise. I havent made it in yet today to swap it out, but thats the plan.So, thus far, my experience has been good with the staff, but the quality of the vehicles has been sub-par. I dont know what control they have over this, but seems they should try harder to enforce the rules or put smoke detectors in vehicles and charge the hell out of anyone breaking the rules.In my experience, Budget has the best quality /clean vehicles.

Extremely friendly staff. Youre greeted at the door, let them know what you need, then offered refreshments while you wait. I needed a car to get me home. The car I reserved wasnt available upon my arrival. They offered a free upgrade. The only thing I would suggest; cars with screens for environmental control/radio should offer navigation. The car was Sirius XM compatible, so Im sure a navigation program could be added.

The location closed and I still had not been driven to Toyota like I had requested. This location seems like the hub in the Pensacola area however it also seems neglected by corporate bc they never have cars. Customer service is non-existent. Its like jail. You sit and wait until theyre ready to move you along the process. This is not a one time thing. Its everytime unfortunately. There arent many options in the area also, which only exasperate the problem. So no real alternatives. I think the worse thing is, no one has any solutions. Due to covid there are no drop offs or pickups, customers have to wait outside: rain, wind, or snow, and you can literally wait hours for a car. And be told you cant get one at all even with a reservation until some become available. Ive lost precious hours of my life due to this place... Sitting and waiting.

THIS is, perhaps, the slowest Enterprise that I have ever had the displeasure of having to use. This is the second time in less than a year that Ive had to use this Enterprise and the first time was even more horrific than this time. Even still, it was another hour before I was finally seen and helped. The female, I dont remember her name, was the worst with the most abrupt and dismissive attitude that I have ever encountered from someone in customer service.I went today (February 29, 2016) and again, had an appointment. My name was written on a clipboard and told to wait. There was one person at the counter and all of the many chairs in the lobby were filled with waiting customers. There were more drivers behind the counter than customer representatives. One would think that Monday or anytime around lunch would be their busiest time and schedule their staff appropriately...no, not this Enterprise. Their favorite motto should liken the one in the Navy, Hurry up and wait.The best part of the entire process was the new customer service representative who waited on me. Her name was Nikki and she was very friendly, thorough and presented everything in a manner that seemed as if she was happy to be waiting on me. The other representatives could learn a thing or two, or three from her about dealing with customers.If this was not the only car rental company that my insurance dealt with, I would most certainly go somewhere else.

The insurance company set up an appointment for a vehicle for my husband. We get there and Im charged a deposit and paid for insurance on the vehicle and I paid almost 200.00, now my insurance is 30 00 a day for 30 days. He didnt have the vehicle 3 weeks and Im checking our bank account online and I notice a charge from them for 200.00 more without telling us anything. So I had my husband call them and they said the insurance company wasnt gonna pay because they didnt have a quite from a shop so the shop sent 1 over and over the next thing my husband said a lady come to our house stating if he didnt pay in full or have the car back by 5pm they would call the police and report the car stolen. So he took it back and then they charged us 300.00 more. What a RIP off

Had an excellent experience at this location. Booked vehicle on a busy holiday weekend for 3:00, and was in and out within 20 minutes. I guess they were out of standard sedans, so the agent upgraded me to a Camaro convertible for my trip. When I returned the vehicle on Wednesday, I was there no more than 10 to 15 minutes and they gave me a ride home in the shuttle. That saved me $12 or $15 I would have spent on an Uber. Definitely will use them again in the future.

Overall my experience was mixed. The people were great but they issued me a 2016 Veloster(?) that had just under 5k miles on it that probably hadnt been checked recently. When starting from a red light or a complete stop, the car sputtered like it didnt want to shift gears. Just my luck the traffic between Gainesville to the turnpike was completely backed up so I literally sputtered for around 2 hours.I reported this to Enterprise when I returned the car and the guy took a day off of my total price. Absolutely horrible service and vehicles. My Wife was in an auto accident and we were sent to Enterprise to pick up a vehicle. First vehicle a 2018 Colorado. The TPMS and key fob stopped working. We go to exchange and are not greeted at the door or told to sign in and end up waiting only to have people sign in ahead of us after waiting close to 45 minutes. The other vehicle, 2018 Santa Fe, they hardly do an inspection and ask us if everything looks good to which we said sure because why is it our job to inspect every aspect of the vehicle and not the employees? We returned it today for them to find a small star crack in the windshield almost covered by the dashboard (which she couldnt even get to without help), to which the lady politely informs us we can basically pay 200$ now or pay it later and they are keeping our deposit. All because either the first person did not do their job or they willfully and maliciously did not mark it to charge us. So congratulations on suckering some more people that got hit by a reckless driver.

I have been a plus memeber since 2007 and we use to rent from Enterprise often for family vacations. There rates use to be easy on the wallet with no hidden fees or surprises and their vehicles were always in great working condition. This is the second time we have rented from Enterprise this year for very important trips. Both times there has been issues with either the charging ports in the vehicle, which none of them worked leaving us on a 12 hour trip with no way to charge gps or phones or the Bluetooth system which wouldnt sync with none of our phones. Then I was told one price with taxes, insurance and fees at time of reservation and charged another upon returning the vehicle. I wish I could say I enjoyed my services with them as I always have however now tje employees treat you like a commodity and just want to get you in and out as quickly as possible. They are no longer knowledgeable about the features for their fleet of vehicles so it leaves the customer having to fiddle with buttons, knobs and switches to see what each does or having to google the features. I have been very disappointed with them as a whole thus far this year.

When Hurricane Sally unexpectedly hit Pensacola, the winds and debris totaled my only vehicle, leaving me stranded. I was in the midst of relocating and needed to get to Virginia Beach to meet movers. With power and internet down throughout the area, getting a rental car without a reservation was proving to be a huge challenge. The Enterprise office at the PNS airport was completely shut down and Enterprise was shuttling their vehicles out to surrounding offices to meet the demand of the community. My experience with Enterprise has been terrible. It was completely unprofessional and rude. I recently went into the Airport Blvd location to pick up my rental but was declined due to only having a debt card. (This policy happened to go into affect the same day as I was picking up the vehicle). Prior to ever visiting the location I made several phone calls to verify that my debt card would be sufficient for the rental process. I was told multiple times that I would have no issue all I would need is two forms of Identification (my ID and paystubs were said to work perfectly fine). After arguing with the woman at the counter about the conversation I had with a representative at the Pensacola Blvd. location I was still told there was nothing she would do. Frustrated I called the other location back and explained what was happening, they were just as confused as I was, Then I was told to come in and they would get me taken care of. I rushed to the other location only having 15 minutes till closing with the hopes that this matter would be resolved only to be told that I would need another form of identification. This same location promised me that I would have NO ISSUE at all with renting from them. I offered my passport, ID, paystubs, W2 forms, and a few other things to prove my identity but none were acceptable. Apparently I needed something to tie to me to my house such as a utility bill. I am a student whom lives with my parents, I explained I do not have many bills in my name that they could verify I lived there and paid rent but again was denied. I DO NOT appreciate how unprofessional the staff was and how I was treated. Should I have any other rental needs I will most certainty be taking my business elsewhere. I made travel arrangements based on the promises Enterprise made to me of a easy rental process and instead was given the run around and missed a lot of valuable travel time trying to find another company to accommodate me after Enterprise unwillingness.

Jade said with a very rough tone “WE DON’T GET ANY UPDATE’S FROM THE RESERVATION CENTRE” I told her that I received an email regarding the reservation confirmation and I’m just a customer trying to rent a vehicle, then she said that she will send a vehicle to pick me up and it will be 15 mins I said thanks, that will work.....I called again around 3:30pm same lady answered and I asked her about my pickup she bluntly said they don’t have a driver available, I told her that she could let me know if that’s the case I could make other arrangements....then she put me on hold and said a driver headed my way....she gave the driver a wrong phone number instead of mine....then later she put the driver on hold and called me on another line.also I was running late for a doctors appointment which was cancelled due to the delay in the reservation ..and told me if I can wait outside I said ok....and eventually the driver saw me from the road and picked me up....I reached the rental location...I was greeted when I entered inside by a person...and he handed me over to an extremely quiet and sad person(white guy around 5,6” with spectacles) who doesn’t even have the etiquette to reply “Hi” back to his customer when he’s been wished....I mean how hard is that????? Everyone goes through bad days but that doesn’t concern your customers!!!!! He then said give me a minute and went out and checked the vehicle and came back inside and said I don’t have a full size car but I have an SUV JEEP COMPASS for the same price.... and while he was telling me about the availability he meant something like TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT we have only that vehicle..... I typically do business at the west 9 mile road branch due to its close proximity to my house.I rent vehicles two to three times per month.Unfortunately, this nine mile branch is understaffed despite voluminous rental traffic.I have often, read OFTEN, been told that my reserved car is not available due to inventory shortage despite a week old reservation.Several of the cars I receive have a distinct smoky smell to them despite the plentiful NO SMOKING indications everywhere.If there was another competitor close by, I would eagerly switch rental company allegiance.Until then, I will just have to accept this mediocre performance.

I had to get a rental car because of an accident my car was in. I received a 2016 keep Patriot, very few miles on it. I noticed as soon as I started driving the alignment was off. I called Enterprise and they told me to exchange the vehicle THE NEXT DAY. I have a 3year old whos ALWAYS with me unless Im at work. The car I was given to drive was a nice, clean car. My problem is that my credit card was debited $405.02, and I only rented the car for 2 days. When I asked about the overage of $300, I was told I was charged a deposit of $200. However, the overage was $300, not $200. Yes, I was only charged $100 for the rental in the end, but your company held up my money for 2 days. I cannot see how this is legal, and the fact that your rep held $300 instead of the $200 for the deposit makes me want to pursue other companies next time I need to rent a car.

My experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car was good. Reservation, pickup, and return of vehicle were all done in a professional manner. Customer service representatives were very courteous and everything was done expeditiously.

I would never rent from them ever again!!!!! they have messed up my rental process with them from the very beginning.I have a copy of the original receipt where I was told the total charges were going to be $274.38But it was hit for $435.72 (as a hold)When I got to my office on the 6th I realize the guy who had rented me the car had done it for the wrong dates and hadn’t done it as a one way sense I planned to return the car on March 9th in Troy not March 8th in PensacolaI called the troy office to make sure that even though they were closed on Saturday that I could still return it, the lady said they had a drop box and that it was no problem.On March 9th I returned the car and have time stamped pictures on my phone. I think I wrote that I returned it on the 9th at 9am but after looking at my pictures it was time stamped at 10:11am. The Pictures show the back ground as being troy right there at the Enterprise but do not show the actual enterprise sign.I called the Pensacola enterprise the day that I saw that my Credit card had been charged for $685.95 and the lady I spoke with said that the Troy Enterprise had stated that I returned the car on Monday the 11th I told her that was incorrect and she told me she would fix it for me and refund $275 back to my account. That is still a lot more then I was originally quoted I still accepted it just as long as I got my $275 back.Well I never got a conformation of the refund but waited to see if it would be released to my account and today decided to call to check on it. Now you the manger is saying that there was no evidence of someone quoting me a refund and because troy enterprise said I returned it on Monday even though I was back in Pensacola by Sunday afternoon all you can refund me is $130 dollars.I called my credit card company and was going to be disputing the charge for $270 because Enterprise is obviously trying to fraudulently charge me more money then was agreed upon.they finally agreed to refund me $260 but this process should have never even happened this way. Just be careful!

Their rental policies for those who have the sense to not carry a credit card after the 2008 Financial Crisis are too strict (for debit cards). I favor Hertz as they run a simple credit check for debit card holders and therefore renting a car is much easier. No utility bills, pay stubs, etc. to bring in to Hertz just to rent a car. Not professional. Sales tactics are bait and switch. They will tell you that you will have to pay for all problems unless you have the insurance and then after you sign they clarify that sure they cover mechanical problems with the car. They are also not clear on billing and returns. Doesnt matter if you returned it the time you said only matters where it falls in their billing cycle. Theyll get an extra day if they can. Ripping up my enterprise card after I submit this.

Ive rented from Enterprise several times, never had to deal with the things that Ive dealt with tonight. I go in for a reservation, AFTER I had called to speak to someone about what documents that I can bring in. I get there and they tell me what I have is not sufficient to rent a vehicle. I bring a bill from my leasing office, that shows its a utility bill, and they denied my rental. I am very upset being that I had explained the type of document that I had before I visited the office. I think they should have handled the situation better, especially being that I have used those same documents for proff of residence 2 weeks before this incident. I am disgusted.

All in all it went well. We got a good price for what we needed. We needed to add an extra day and it was simple to do.The only thing we didnt like was the car was suppose to be ready at 11 am so we could leave for our vacation but wasnt ready until after 12. No one apologized or acknowledged this at all.

Cars are not cleaned inside, and not well maintained. I almost never get the car type I reserved. I have to rent here a few times per year when I travel. Its the closest to me. Better than buying a new car, but this location is not great.

We get there & they didnt tell us about the $200 deposit till after we paid! Then it took them forever for them to bring the car out & when they finally did , it was nothing similar to what we wanted. We wanted something small and they gave us this huge pickup truck. We actually got stuck in the sand at the beach and had to get pulled out cause the stupid truck didnt even have 4x4. Just horrible. Then it took them 3 days to give us our deposit back!

Reserved a full size car because a family of 4 needed lots of room. When we arrived there was no full size car so we were upgraded/actually downgraded to a compact SUV. We were given a Jeep Renegade that had the worst backseat and made for a very uncomfortable and cramped ride. This was the furthest thing from an upgrade of a full size car. A Chevy Sonic has more room than a Jeep Renegade. Very unpleasant experience because we had no other alternatives, we were leaving that day on a trip and couldnt make other arrangements. Poor customer service at this location.

I was very pleased with the service that I received while renting a vehicle from you. Most notably from one of your reps- Ms. TOnnia Smith. She was so helpful in suggesting a particular car for the trunk space after I revealed that there were four ladies traveling together and we would be doing a lot of shopping, also she recommended the satellite radio instead of lugging along a bunch of CDs. She answered all of my questions and she was very caring and professional. She performed at a level not seen too often today by younger customer service reps, and I just wanted to applaud her!

I was in desperate need of a car, and I have always done business with Enterprise - the only glitch this time was the pick up service - I was told to call an hour prior my pick up time, which I did - but 45 minutes past the time they were supposed to be there, I called back only to be told they forgot abut me - by the time they picked me up and got me to the office, it was almost closing time - they were kind enough to stay open long enough to get me a car and on my way! I will continue to do business with and recommend Enterprise in the future

Was in Florida on Vacation when my house was flooded in Louisiana. Since my wifes car was in the garage and my neighbors said we got a foot to two feet of water. I figured it would be best to get a car while out in Pensacola because finding one in Louisiana would be impossible. Ive been a LONG time customer of Enterprise (Im one of the Elite renters), and Ive NEVER had any problems like Ive had with this district, even when renting for many months in a row! They harass you by driving by your home and sitting outside watching. They endlessly call/email you, and when you bring it up or tell them to stop, they put you on a Do Not Rent list and claim that you are threatening their employees!!! The NERVE of these people! Ive exclusively rented from Enterprise for about 6 years now for myself and my company, and I cant tell people fast enough to AVOID THIS AREA! RENT SOMEWHERE ELSE! Itll save you a LOT of hassle!These guys are a bit out of bounds. Theyll randomly drive by your house (no kidding) to stop and checkout their vehicle. They can be rude and pushy, and I HIGHLY recommend making them document EVERYTHING!!! They tried to blame me for some damage to a vehicle until I took the to court and proved with time/date/location tagged photos that the damage was pre-existing. Theyd already put me on the Do Not Rent lost, and the judge made them remove it, send me an apology, and told them to do something equal, so they offered me 2 free wks in any full size car

Received a vehicle that smelled of extreme smoke. Drove if for the morning and exchanged it for another vehicle midday, but it smelled of smoke as well. I drove it the rest of the afternoon, but the smoke smell became overbearing so I returned that second vehicle as well and went with a different company.
