  Did you know CVS Health has an HR Leadership Development Program (HRLDP), which offers new graduates a 3-year experience with 12 month rotations to help them find their niche within our HR organization? It’s that experience, plus the community of like-minded individuals, that attracted HRLDP colleague, Rian. “I chose the HRLDP and CVS Health because I wanted to be surrounded by other early career professionals that I could grow with.   CVS Health and Aetna colleagues were thrilled to support Broward County 8th grade students in early June. Students were able to learn about careers and financial literacy while visiting our very own CVS storefront. 14 volunteers helped guide students through the CVS Health journey in our dedicated storefront providing students with valuable insights into the healthcare ecosystem. Students navigated through various stations, including an Aetna station, a pharmacy visit, and a MinuteClinic stop to discover the range of available access-to-care options. #TeamCVS

That’s why #TeamCVS member and retired UH-60 Helicopter Crew Chief Rafael Lopez II is on another kind of mission – to help military personnel find meaningful employment at companies like CVS Health. See how⬇️🏅Skillbridge, through the United States Department of Defense, allows service men and women to train in a position for 12 weeks at companies like CVS Health before they retire from service.🧠Through the program, and with the support of colleagues like Rafael, service members can transfer the skills they acquired in the Armed Forces to a fulfilling career.👩Meet Roxanne Lyons, a 22-year Air Force veteran and SkillBridge graduate, who joined our Enterprise Resilience team last year and now helps monitor for hazards that could impact colleagues, assets and business operations.We’re thankful for our colleagues who are committed to building bridges that benefit our amazing military men and women.
